Hike & Yoga w/Lauren

Trailhead meetup details sent the night before the hike after signup! This 15ish minute but beautiful hike up to an incredible view is the best start to the day. Flow & breathe in the fresh air! Lauren will lead a 20-25 minute vinyasa style all-levels flow at the top.

Please arrive promptly so we can begin heading up at 6am and can arrive back by 7am.
