Grief is hard, knowing where to start can be even harder. Don't let the grief that life can bring get you down, take control and make the first step by finding out what is available to you locally.

Join us for a grief awareness open house. There will be grief workshops and seminars to attend. Allowing you to get a better understanding of what kinds of help are out there. There will be literature to gather from a variety of local grief resources and refreshments.

Most people will experience grief from one source or another. You are not alone!
