🦴 The Bone Health is Coming to Rosedale – Starting Monday 8 December
We’re pleased to share that the Bone Bus will be visiting Rosedale Medical Practice from Monday 8 December, located in the St Matts Anglican Church car park, offering DEXA bone density scans locally and conveniently.
Due to strong interest, three days are already fully booked, and additional appointments have now been opened.
✅ On the Day of Your Scan
• Please arrive on time for your appointment
• Go directly to the Bone Bus parked in the St Matthew’s car park
• Follow the instructions provided at the time of booking
🔍 After Your Scan
After your scan, our reception team will help book an appointment with your GP to:
• Discuss your results
• Review bone health and fracture risk
• Plan any follow-up care if required
👩⚕️ For patients aged 75+
This is also a great opportunity to book a 75+ Health Assessment, which:
• Focuses on overall health, mobility, safety, and independence
• Can be paired with care planning where appropriate
• Is supported by our experienced nursing team
