Spooky season is upon us and Cass Scenic Railroad State Park is ready for some Halloween fun!
Enjoy family-fun with these activities on Saturday, October 25, 2025.
ANNUAL COSTUME CONTEST
From 5:00 – 5:30 p.m. it is all about the costume and attire for little ones and adults at the Cass Community Center! Judges will be looking for the best superhero, the cutest, the scariest, and the funniest.
The age groups are: up to 3 years old; ages 4-6, ages 9-12, ages 12-15 and ages 15 to adult.
Yes, any age is encouraged to wear a costume and participate.
TRICK OR TREAT
Beginning at 5:30 p.m. (or maybe a little later, pending the costume contest conclusion) it's trick-or-treat time from 5:30 – 7:00p.m. Open to all ages preferably in a costume. Wind your way through Main Street and then down to the Cass Company Store and Shay's Restaurant. The road will be patrolled for traffic so our trick-or-treaters have a great time for a traditional Halloween activity.
