Weekly Meditation

Everyone is welcome to the UU Casper weekly meditation, led by Buddhist Stuart Mackenzie, (tonight!) Friday, January 9th, 6:00 pm, 1040 West 15th Street. This hour long mix of sitting and walking meditation will be held each Friday, and is open to everyone one, especially those new to meditation.
