Celebrate Valentine’s Day early with an intimate, romantic dinner atop Casper Mountain. This special evening at Hogadon Lodge is designed to be relaxed, cozy, and focused on exceptional food, service, and time together.
While we would love to host this dinner on Valentine’s Day itself, ski season operations on Saturday, February 14th prevent us from offering the private, quiet experience this evening deserves. Hosting the dinner the Tuesday prior allows us to create a truly intimate atmosphere without the bustle of a ski day.
Seating is limited. Reservations and prepayment are required.
Valentine’s Dinner Menu
First Course
Puff Pastry Jalapeño Bites
Crisp popper bites filled with seasoned cream cheese and smoked bacon, topped with raspberry sauce Second Course
Strawberry & Feta Cheese Salad
Baby mixed greens with fresh strawberries, candied pecans, and creamy feta cheese, finished with a delicate house champagne vinaigrette
Served with artisan dinner rolls and whipped butter Entrée Course – Choice of One Grilled Baseball-Cut Steak (8 oz) – $75
Hand-cut baseball steak, expertly grilled and topped with sautéed mushrooms and caramelized onions
Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus with fresh lemon zest OR Shrimp Scampi with Angel Hair Pasta – $60
Sautéed shrimp in a white wine garlic butter sauce tossed with angel hair pasta, sun-dried tomatoes, and Kalamata olives, topped with Parmesan cheese

Chocolate Mousse
