FAQs:
-Is there a place to nurse or change diapers?
Yes! We have a dedicated quiet room for nursing mothers and changing stations in the nursery.
What if we need to leave early?
-No problem at all! Come and go as your schedule (or toddler's mood) requires. No explanations needed—we understand life with little ones!
-My child has special needs. Are you equipped for that?
Yes! We want to serve ALL families well. Please let us know during registration about any specific needs, and we'll adapt activities to be accessible, communicate with you about what works best and create a sensory-friendly space if helpful
What if my toddler has allergies?
-Please note allergies on this registration.
Do I have to come every week?
-Nope! Come as often as works for your family. Some families may come every single week. Others may come twice a month. Both are great! Life with toddlers is unpredictable- we get it!
Are parents required to stay?
-Yes! Toddler Thursdays is a stay and play program. You'll be in the same space as your child the entire time.
What's your illness policy?
-Please keep your toddler home if they have:
--Fever (within last 24 hours)
--Vomiting or diarrhea (within last 24 hours)
--Contagious illness (pink eye, hand-foot-mouth, etc.)
--Unexplained rash
--Heavy cold symptoms (excessive runny nose, persistent cough)
What's your weather cancellation policy?
-Winter in Casper has been unpredictable. But the rule of thumb is- if Natrona County School District cancels or delays school due to weather, Toddler Tuesdays is cancelled. We'll always prioritize safety!
I have more questions. Who do I contact?
