Snowshoe + Yoga

Missing summer hikes and yoga? Let’s create a winter version together.

Join Bethany Cutts for a peaceful snowshoe + yoga on Sunday, February 15th at 1:00 PM. We’ll snowshoe into a cozy cabin on Casper Mountain, where you’ll be guided through a full yoga practice, followed by deeply restorative Yoga Nidra.

After practice, we’ll take time to rest, connect, and enjoy the space, with light nourishment provided, before snowshoeing back out.

Time: 1:00–4:00 PM (approximately 3 hours)

**It is best to have a yoga mat carrier to make it easier to carry while snowshoeing into the cabin. Wear layers of warm, comfortable clothing with waterproof shell and boots.
