Step beyond the noise of everyday life and into a space where breath becomes medicine and imagination opens the door to truth.
We’ll begin with Connected Circular Breathing set to an immersive soundscape — a rhythm that melts away tension, awakens emotion, and softens the walls around the heart. From there, you’ll be guided into a powerful meditative journey: either meeting your Inner Child to offer deep compassion and healing, or encountering your Future Self to receive wisdom, guidance, and inspiration.

This session is ideal for those seeking emotional release, clarity, or a profound reconnection with their own soul. Come with an open heart, a journal for reflections, a pillow and a willingness to explore the landscapes within.

Please Note: This practice may bring forward strong emotions. All experiences are welcome, and you will be guided in a safe, supportive container.
