Sponsored by Hat Six Travel Center: A Halloween concert featuring Pleasure People, Speed the Pilgrim, John Kirlin & The High Plains Drifters, A Band Named Sue, and Pathfinder — five bands that have been crafting their music inside the Harmonyx Audio Recording Studio over the past year and are now coming together to share it live at the beautiful Rialto Theatre.
Instead of traditional openers and headliners, the night will unfold as a round-robin performance, with bands trading off on stage throughout the evening. This rotating format creates a nonstop flow of music and gives every artist an equal spotlight, keeping the audience engaged and surprised as the night evolves.
Since the concert falls right after Halloween, it’s also a Halloween party — costumes are encouraged (but not required), adding an extra layer of fun and festivity to the night.

Pleasure People: Edgy, gritty and moody, Pleasure People's lyrics and melodies shine against the backdrop of unusual and intricate arrangements combined with haunting harmonies. Their songs are poetic, sometimes a bit dark, deeply personal, and yet ultimately feel-good fun. Pleasure People is not quite like anything you've heard lately, and we think not to be missed.
John Kirlin & The High Plains Drifters: A four‐piece band blending bluegrass, country, Americana, and rootsy storytelling. Their songs draw on tradition but stay lively, heartfelt yet rollicking.
A Band Named Sue: Original songwriting and rock‐tinged covers with an Americana flavor. Their work tends to focus on lyrical storytelling, rich in imagery, often reflecting real life, relationships, struggle, hope. Their sound is soulful and authentic, with strong rhythmic drive.
Speed the Pilgrim: indie rock/space‐ambient tinged band marries gritty guitar riffs, soaring and melodic vocals, and immersive atmospheres. They’ve carved out their own space sound‐wise—bands of their kind often tread familiar ground, but Speed the Pilgrim brings a blend of introspection and energy that stands out.
Pathfinder: Lifelong musicians who share a love for music, songwriting, and the outdoors. Their Americana rock explores themes of loss, hope, nature, and the human condition. These folks write songs about the land, about life, and bring those big, wide Wyoming vistas into their sound.
