Full Moon Healing- Breathwork & Energy Healing

Join us for a moment of healing during this powerful full moon- Blood Moon. This moon is particularly potent since it also falls on a Lunar eclipse giving us the perfect opportunity to release, let go, descend into our shadows, and emerge with soul-altering clarity.

This class will take place at the Adams Park Bridge. Please bring a blanket, bolster/pillow or anything else you might need in order to be fully relaxed. A journal is also recommended. Water and snacks will be provided.
