As the days and nights find their balance, we gather to do the same.
Join us this Autumn Equinox for an evening of movement, music, and a shared meal — a time to nourish body, heart, and spirit in the company of sisters.
We’ll open the space at 4:30pm to set up and warm up.
At 5:30pm, a free-form, barefoot dance journey begins where you can move exactly as you feel, guided by the rhythms Michelle weaves together.
From 6.45pm, we’ll settle in on cushions and beanbags to enjoy a healthy home-cooked vegetarian curry and rice, sharing stories and laughter as the night folds in.
💛 Suggested donation: $5-$15 sliding scale
💛 Or contribute your time with setup/pack-down, or bring
veggies from the garden
