Passage Meditation is a simple yet powerful spiritual practice focused on meditating deeply on uplifting passages from the world’s wisdom traditions — including the Bible, Bhagavad Gita, Tao Te Ching, and more.

Each session invites you to:

✨ Center your mind through sacred words
✨ Reflect in silence and community
✨ Cultivate peace, presence, and compassion
✨ Integrate timeless wisdom into daily life

This group is open to all — no prior experience with meditation is needed. Whether you're returning to your practice or exploring something new, you'll find a gentle and welcoming space here.
