Clinician Coffee/Tea + Yoga

You are warmly invited to a monthly morning of connection and care at Moonrise Sanctuary 🌙

This gentle gathering is for therapists, healers, and wellness practitioners seeking community in a sacred space where you can land, exhale, and simply be.

Join us anytime after 10:00 a.m. for warm tea, coffee, and unhurried connection with colleagues. We’ll circle for grounding yoga around 11:30–11:45 a.m. No prior experience is needed; just a yoga mat and a desire to reconnect with your body, breath, and community.
