Cleanup @ High Rock - Smithsburg, MD

Join us for one of our BIGGEST cleanup locations!! We return to this location often because the degree of litter is extreme.

This location provides a physical challenge to whatever degree you are looking for. There are areas to cleanup at the top of the hill for those that don't feel comfortable with making multiple trips up and down the rocky terrain. There is also a parking lot area and with surrounding woods for less of a physical challenge – an area best suited for the kids.

Bags, gloves and hand sanitizer will be provided. Bring water, family, the kids and/or friends. A great opportunity for community service hours too. We recommend wearing durable clothing and shoes or boots at this location.

If everyone is in their "litter removing zone" because it will instigate such a reaction in many that volunteer... we can stay a little bit longer. Afterwards, we will likely grab some food and drink at the The Ott House Pub in Emmitsburg!
