🌎✨ Peace Pole Unveiling in Cascade Locks ✨🌎

Sunday is the International Day of Peace. Join us September 21st at 1:30 PM at Toll House Park for the unveiling of the new Cascade Locks Peace Pole, presented by the Hood River Rotary and the Port of Cascade Locks.

Peace Poles are international symbols of hope, friendship, and peace—found in nearly every country in the world. Each pole carries the message “May Peace Prevail on Earth” in multiple languages.

Our new Cascade Locks Peace Pole features nine different languages, including Braille, carefully selected with the help of the Cascade Locks Elementary 3rd grade class. 🌟 The children of Cascade Locks will be in attendance to share in this special community moment.

This event is free and open to all—please come celebrate peace, community, and the voices of our youth. ☮️ 🌏
