This nourishing experience will guide you through a meditative journey using the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments. As sound moves through the body, tension dissolves, the nervous system unwinds, and space opens for deeper compassion, clarity, and inner peace.
Whether you’re cultivating more self-love, releasing old patterns, or simply craving rest, this gathering offers a gentle reminder that you are worthy of slowness, softness, and care.
What to Expect:
💜 A 60-minute immersive sound healing experience, with time beforehand to settle in, arrive, and ground into the space
💜 A cozy, heart-centered environment
💜 Guided breathwork and grounding practices to help you ease into relaxation
💜 Crystal singing bowls, rainsticks, chimes & more
What to Bring:
✨ Yoga mat
✨ Pillows, blankets, squishmallows, or anything else for comfort

No experience necessary. All are welcome.
To honor the experience for everyone, doors open 15 minutes before session time, giving you space to arrive, settle, and fully drop in before we begin.
