Props to Props: and intro workshop with Carol

Please join Carol for a workshop on integrating props into your yoga practice. Using props does not mean you are not good at yoga. It means you want to be safe in your practice, maybe go a little deeper in the pose, even do a pose you never thought you could. We will be utilizing blankets, blocks, bolsters, balls, straps and the wall. $30
