Preparing for Life After High School
Join us for impactful lunch-hour sessions of connection, planning, and real-world strategies for families of students with disabilities preparing for adulthood. Meet with other parents, expert guest speakers, and the Parent Mentor to explore the most essential transition topics. The intended audience is caregivers of students in middle and high school who have a disability.

• Autism Supports for Success and Independence
• Behavior Strategies for Community & Work Readiness
