Fall into Wellness - Elderberry Workshop

Join us for a cozy, hands on evening at Roosters Cafe (Right beside the Apothecary in Carstairs) where we'll gather in community to craft wellness together.

In this workshop, you'll discover the herbal wisdom of elderberries and turn them into rich, immune loving syrup to support you through the season. You'll make a bottle of your own elixir to take home, plus enjoy a delicious elderberry drink prepared just for the evening.
