The event says Long ranch park, but the trailhead is about 1/4 mile south of there.
Please RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
Meet up at “Lincoln Bypass Trailhead” at 10:00am (Dirt lot at southwest corner of Kings Canyon Rd and Longview Way in Carson City). If the lot is full, park on Longview Way, toward the park.
Curtis will shuttle us up to Hobart Reservoir in his van and we’ll float down. If you have a 4x4 and are willing to shuttle, please bring it incase we have a large group. Drivers will be brought back to their vehicles at the end. 4x4 is mandatory to climb upper Ash Canyon Road to the lake.
Plan to leave the parking lot by 10:45 at the latest. Once confirmed people arrive we will leave so PLEASE RSVP!!! We need an accurate count.

Please be mindful of hikers and cyclists, especially as we get closer to town. Keep a steady respectable speed and stay at a wide distance when passing.

Lincoln Bypass Trail Head
Terran: single track, dirt trails.
Length: 19 miles.
Difficulty: Intermediate. Some spots are a little more technical than clear creek, but nothing crazy. The chunky spots are not as chunky as Peavine trails.
Pace: Brisk, at your comfort pace.
Route: Forest service road from Hobart Reservoir to TRT/ Capital to Tahoe Junction, Capital to Tahoe Trail down to Ash canyon to Kings Canyon Trail. Ash to Kings trail to Lincoln Bypass Trail, back to the trailhead. (Will post map on even page soon)
Required: Helmets, come 💯 charged. Dress accordingly for the weather. Bring Water and snacks. Other PPE optional.
