Yin & Gong Healing Workshop

Sue Murkin is the founder of Carshalton Pilates a Mindfulness Teacher NLP Master Practitioner and a Yoga Alliance Yin Yoga Teacher. Katerina Lafite is a Gong Master Reiki Drum Practitioner and a crystal healer. They have come together to create a sacred space for restfulness peacefulness relaxation and healing.

No previous experience of yoga is required all postures will be created lying down ideal if you struggle with balance; mobility issues will not limit you in Yin Yoga. 

This evening is a women only event for those who are looking to lower their stress levels.
