Yoga + Song Circle at Lake Carroll

Come for just yoga and movement, just song circle, or both! I am taking the opportunity to do a song circle after my turn of guiding yoga for the Carrollton Yoga Collective at the pavilion overlooking the lake.

This is about using your voice for healing, connection and self-discovery...NOT about how "good" you sound. I'll be teaching you a few simple songs I've been really connecting with. Including one I have written.

9am - 10am - Yoga, somatic movement and crystal sound bowls
10:15am - noon - Song circle

Donations are appreciated, but not necessary.

Bring your mat and any other props for yoga and also to sit during part of the song circle.
