Mental Health Reset Workshop

The focus of this workshop will be on balancing one's emotional and mental health via specific yoga sequences, pranayama practices, and practical therapeutic and holistic strategies to utilize whenever needed! Angie will draw from
her experience as a licensed professional counselor in private practice, as well as almost 2 decades of teaching yoga, to provide this mental health guidance, along with valuable resources to have for reference (post workshop), when the practitioner is ready to apply these things off the mat and in the world! Think of it as spring cleaning for your mind/ body/spirit!
