Finding Your Personal Purpose

Do you ever wonder “What is the purpose of my life?” Many people ask themselves this question. But, this can be challenging to answer. Finding your purpose starts with self-reflection. This allows you to determine your personal values, passions and unique strengths. Once we have this self-awareness, the fun begins. We have to be courageous, step outside our comfort zone, take risks, work hard, and be patient with ourselves and the process.

Our topic will be “Finding your Personal Purpose”. During this 90 minute reflective learning event, we will discuss how to cultivate self-awareness, define your goals and dreams, and strategize about integrating purpose into your daily life. You will also get the opportunity to share your own ideas and learn from the experiences of others. By the end of the session, we hope that you will feel empowered to pursue your dreams.
