Clay Skins Exhibit Reception

The clay vessels created by Feliciano Abaurre draw primarily from figurative elements: transformation, fear, death, happiness and even silliness. Abaurre is a South American potter who started his craft in Argentina before moving to Patagonia and then to Dallas, Georgia. The artist incorporates materials sourced from the local environment, creating a connection between his work and the land. Sponsored by Randy and Penny Ayers.
