Bridgett’s monthly class highlights a different body system each session, and October’s focus is the endocrine glands and lymphatic system. This class is capped at 15 people and sign ups are on a first come, first serve basis.

✨ Endocrine System

These glands regulate hormones and energy in the body. She’ll cover:
• Pituitary
• Pineal
• Parathyroids
• Thyroids
• Thymus
• Adrenals
• Pancreas
• Ovaries
• Testes

✨ Lymphatic System

Holding nearly 80% of the body’s fluids, the lymphatic system assists in clearing bacteria, toxins, and waste. It’s often called the body’s “sewer system” for the way it cleanses tissue spaces and supports immunity.

This class is a great blend of education, aromatherapy, and hands-on reflexology in an intimate setting for deeper healing and balance.
