Coffee Tasting Workshop at Open Eye Cafe: Everyone Invited!

In this workshop, we'll be brewing & tasting coffee using several manual different brew methods. This is a hands-on experience, where you will have the opportunity to select from manual brewing methods that you can easily use at home, including:

• Clever Dripper
• Kalita Wave Dripper
• French Press
• Chemex

The workshop will be held from 11am - 1pm on Saturday, November 8 at Open Eye Cafe (101 S. Greensboro Street, Carrboro NC)

You'll have an opportunity to learn about brewing coffee using different brew methods & taste the difference each brew method produces

This will be a hands-on brewing experience led by Open Eye Cafe's barista Annabella using coffee sourced & roasted by Carrboro Coffee Roasters & produced by their Farmer Direct Relationship partners.

Annabella will guide you through the best practices of brewing using each device; and you'll have an opportunity to practice brewing coffee yourself!

You'll leave with the confidence of understanding the finer points of pour-over brewing methods for coffee and have the opportunity to take a bag of coffee home!
