The Manky Melters est un groupe folk-rock celtique emmené par une chanteuse charismatique, de quoi renouveler le genre de ce courant musical majoritairement masculin. Autour de Giada à la voix, The Manky Melters réunit cinq musiciens aguerris aux routes du rock (dont 3 membres du groupe celtic-rock The Moorings). D’où des compositions ciselées, une rythmique millimétrée et un sens de la mélodie inné.

Des textes qui alternent regard acéré sur la société et invitations à lâcher prise, portés par une musique fougueuse, turbulente et festive. Parce que tant qu’à trinquer, autant qu’on ait l’ivresse !
