SCOTLAND High School first classes reunion and expanding through the classes of 1972, 1973, 1974, and 1975 is in the serious planning stages.
No! We will NOT play softball all day, go clean up, and dance all night.
Think: Tuesday, October 21 through Thursday morning October 23.
Carolina Beach, North Carolina located south of Wrightsville Beach on US 421 and north of Fort Fisher, the North Carolina Aquarium, and the ferry to Southport.
Dinner together on first night, breakout, go with the flow, dinner together on second night, checkout and perhaps breakfast on Thursday morning.
Ann Shannon Jenkins has lived nearby for 40 years and is greatly helping our guidance.

Thoughts that were considered: Wilmington is expensive; even during the midweek and off season. Wrightsville Beach is nearby and has wonderful accomodations and restaurants, but it is more pricey than the less crowded Carolina Beach. Perhaps for the second evening’s dinner we could ride the ferry over to a restaurant at Southport and return.
There will be plenty to see and do in that area, and best of all - it will be off season and mild temperatures.
They do have a fishing pier!
