In this three-week series, you’ll deepen your understanding of alignment, control, and breath while exploring more dynamic and challenging sequences. With personalized attention in our intimate studio setting, you’ll refine technique, increase strength and stability, and discover new layers of connection within your body.

This series is perfect for those who have completed our Reformer Beginnings course or already have some Reformer experience and are ready to grow their practice in a mindful, supported way.
