Join Michelle Voeller in a beloved ritual created by Yoga Master Sri Baba Hari Dass, founder of Mount Madonna Center, California, called the Forgiveness Asana Series. Move through gentle, flowing vinyasas to release 28 heavy energies one by one that cloud our inner light. The series is accompanied by sacred Sanskrit mantra and becomes a moving meditation. Enjoy reiki restorative yoga following the series to fill yourself with new energy to move with intention into the fall. Consciously release & forgive the past to move forward feeling renewed & aligned with your light as we move into a new season. May we all be a ripple of peace, love & light into the world.
