Honoring our Ancestors: A Kundalini Practice for Dia de los Muertos

Join Bridger for a one-of-a-kind yoga practice in honor of Dia de los Muertos. This special class is designed to help you connect with your Ancestors, Angels, and Spirit Guides through the powerful practice of Kundalini yoga.

Upon arrival, you'll be offered a calming herbal tea to quiet the body and mind, preparing you for a deeply spiritual journey. Bridger will guide you through a grounding and clearing Kundalini Kriya to open the channels of connection and honor those who came before us.

You're encouraged to bring a photo or item of a loved one to place on the community altar, creating a sacred space for remembrance and reverence. Together, we’ll move through a practice that celebrates the light that never dies, inviting personal growth, healing, and spiritual connection.
