First Student – Carol Stream is hosting a high-impact hiring event for experienced CDL B drivers, and we want YOU. If you’re looking for top-tier pay, industry-leading respect, and one of the fastest hiring pipelines in the business, this is your moment.

This is a walk-in hiring event, but registering ahead of time helps you:

• Move through the process faster
• Get pre-screened sooner
• Potentially skip steps onsite
• Save time the day of the event

We strongly encourage early registration so we can start your paperwork before you even arrive.

• $2,500 after completing training in 5 consecutive working days
• $2,500 after 30 working days in revenue service

Alternate Bonus: If training takes longer than 5 days

• $3,000* total
• Paid $1,500 after training + $1,500 after 30 revenue days

Any First Student employee who refers a fully endorsed CDL B P/S/SBP Class B driver who completes training in one week earns this bonus when their referral hits revenue service.
