Join us for an immersive sound healing session at Urban Flex and Flow located at 6442 Fair Oaks Blvd in Carmichael. In just 60 minutes, experience deep relaxation, reduced stress, and increased peace. Our sound healing sessions are designed to improve sleep quality and soothe the nervous system. Let us help you find balance and harmony through the power of sound therapy. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, eye pillow...anything you need to be comfortable lying on the floor for 60 minutes. Mobility issues? No problem, bring a chair. We've got you.

Please note that sound baths are contraindicated if you are pregnant or have a medical device, such as a pace maker.

Reservations are required. Due to the nature of the event, late arrivals cannot be accommodated. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the event.
