Six Hour Commemorative Meditation Live Stream

We invite you to join us for a six-hour meditation in honor of Paramahansa Yogananda's birthday led by SRF and YSS members. This meditation, which will be conducted in English, will begin with group practice of the SRF Energization Exercises, and will be followed by an opening prayer, devotional chanting, and periods of meditation throughout the day.
