Shaabi Belly Dance Performance Class

Ready to add some serious sass to your dance repertoire?

Shaabi is the vibrant street dance style of Egypt, born in Cairo's bustling neighborhoods. It's all about personality, playfulness, and attitude! Forget delicate and demure – shaabi gives you permission to be bold, cheeky, and expressive with sharp hip accents, grounded footwork, and lots of shimmies that have tons of character.

Ashley is teaching a high-energy shaabi choreography that captures the authentic spirit of this fun, folkloric style. You'll learn the signature moves, the attitude, and how to bring your own flavor to the dance.

All levels welcome – just bring your energy and willingness to let loose. Space is limited, so grab your spot now!We meet every Monday for approximately 4-6 months.
