Rise and shine—it’s bread-making time! Join us in The Nook for a hands-on class with the one and only Frank the Bread Guy (Frank Petrarca), as he takes the mystery out of bread baking and brings an old-world Italian family recipe to life.
Whether you’re a first-time flour-duster or a seasoned home baker, this easy and versatile Italian loaf is perfect for every skill level. You’ll learn Frank’s tried-and-true techniques for kneading, shaping, and baking, plus plenty of tips to help you fit fresh bread into your busy schedule.
🥖 Taste Along the Way: Enjoy Frank’s pre-baked samples paired with our in-house churned compound butters, jams, and other tasty bites while you knead your way to your own loaf of perfection.
👩🍳 Hands-On Fun: You’ll get some fresh yeast to take home and try your hand at this bread. It is recommended that attendees own a 9-inch metal loaf pan (no nonstick or glass, please!) or a high-quality cookie sheet.
