Sorry to anyone who wanted to come along to the casual fly day. We had to use this weekend to make up for missed Season rounds due to weather. Our next Casual/Rookie day is in September.
Anyone is still welcome to come along and check out the racing, but we won't have time for buddy boxing or casual flying as we will be pushing through races.
A casual race day for people who want to try out FPV racing, or are new to the hobby. Bring your gear and have a go or get some technical advice on that problem you are stuck on.
A trainer quad where you fly tandem with an experienced pilot is also available. Please message Rotorcross to let us know if you would like to fly with this.
The track will be a simple one, and there is no timeframe pressure.
Experienced pilots welcome to attend and get some packs in as well, just keep in mind the rookies will have priority of air time.

Details:
Approx. 2PM Finish, track pull down afterwards.
All pilots expected to assist setup and pull down. You should have a good quality VTX (such as TBS Unify, IRC Tramp etc) set to a max of 25mW output. DJI and Walksnail also need to have set a max of 25Mbit/s as this provides all 8 channels.
Spectators are all welcome and attendance is FREE
