Many supermarket plant-based foods are ultra-processed, but it doesn’t have to be that way. In this fun and inspiring workshop, you’ll learn how to create wholesome, flavour-packed plant-based dishes using real ingredients.
What you’ll learn:
* How to make your own vegan milk, butter, mayonnaise, cheese, and fresh pasta
* Quick and tasty plant-based snacks and spreads
A mix of hands-on cooking and live demonstrations, this relaxed session is designed to build your confidence and spark creativity in the kitchen.
