Mums & mums-to-be, this one’s for you! �
On Saturday 11th October I’ll be running two FREE 30-minute classes at Colwick Community Centre (NG4 2GP).
� Move with Mama (9:20–9:50am)
Perfect if your baby is 8 weeks+. We’ll focus on gentle strength & core exercises to safely build your strength back up, boost energy and confidence, and move in a way that feels good post-baby.
� Bump & Move (10:00–10:30am)
Designed especially for pregnant mums. We’ll do low-intensity, safe exercises & stretches that ease aches, improve mobility, and help prepare your body for birth.
Both classes are friendly, welcoming, and all about moving at your own pace. No pressure, no judgment — just a supportive space for mums.
