Sound Bath Meditation
Studio:
Experience a personal journey as you are bathed in sound vibrations while taking the opportunity to slip into a relaxed state.
Experience the mind body and emotional healing of being bathed in soothing calming and comforting sound.
After a sound bath you may experience some of the many health benefits:

Mats cushions and blankets are provided. Dress comfortably and be ready for a healing journey as vibrations from sound flow through your body!
Please come early. Arrival window is 5:45pm – 6:00pm. Doors will lock at 6:00pm to prevent disturbances
Soundbath will be held at The Creative Healing Arts in Carlsbad and facilitated by either Yvette or Christine. There is plenty of free parking in the business complex.
