Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga

This safe and supportive workshop is designed for both expectant and newly postpartum moms to reconnect with their bodies. We’ll focus on gentle poses and breathing techniques that help relieve common discomforts, build strength, and support recovery. Whether you're preparing for labor and delivery or navigating the early postpartum period, this workshop offers tools to help you feel more grounded, strong, and supported.

COST: $35

Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before class so we can get you SIX-tuated. Our classes start promptly on time with NO LATE ENTRY.

Bring your own yoga mat & towel. Don't have one? We have them available for rent / purchase.
