We’re taking over Beach Terrace Inn - the beauitful hotel that literally sits on the sand in Carlsbad! Join us for an afternoon of wellness, movement and community.

Point Zero is an alcohol-free, connection-driven wellness event with ocean views and an inspiring crew of local talent.

🎟️ When you purchase your ticket, you’ll select ONE workshop for the first hour (12–1 PM):

• 🍴 Sourdough Making Workshop – Led by Laurie Borrett
• 💪 Men’s Beach Workout with Caden & Austin – A high-energy sand workout designed for strength and movement
• 🧘‍♀️ Yoga with Sasha League. A grounding flow to ground you with movement and breath on the hotel's lawn.
• 💫 Pilates with Salt Pilates – Ocean view Pilates led by our favorite girlies over at SALT Encinitas.
• 🏖️ Women’s Beach Workout with Sofia- booty-building strength & sculpting by the ocean.
• 🥋 Women’s Intro to Self-Defense with GRACIE BARRA CARLSBAD -
  practical Jiu Jitsu-based self defense for women! Beginners WELCOME!

• 11:15 AM: Check-in + welcome drinks from local partners: Maya Moon Cacao, Juice Shots from Pure Green Carlsbad, LYFE Mushroom Coffee, The NA Beverage Company, Marquis Yerba Mate,
• 12:00–1:00 PM: Choose-your-class workshop
• 1:00–3:00 PM: Poolside + beach party with vendor village
