Crafted with Weyermann Premium and Barke Pilsner malts, along with Briess GoldPils Vienna and Aromatic Munich, it builds a smooth, malty foundation. Balanced by delicate additions of Saaz and Tettnanger hops, each sip brings the comforting flavor of warm, fluffy milk rolls straight from the oven, layered with subtle notes of orange marmalade and honey. The finish is light, crisp, and refreshing, with lingering hints of fresh bread dough and a touch of allspice, brought to life by the expressive Berkeley Fresh Andechs yeast.
