Join us for a supportive, step-by-step introduction to yoga designed specifically for those who are new to the practice. This class offers personalized instruction to help you build confidence, understand foundational poses, and start your yoga journey with ease.

🌊 And the best part? You'll be learning right on the sand, with the sound of the waves and the beauty of the ocean as your view. There’s no better environment to feel grounded, relaxed, and inspired.

🧘 When: Every Wednesday evening, 5:30 PM – 6:15 PM
📍 Where: Tamarack State Beach – Lifeguard Station 35
