Aura After Dark Dinner Series

There’s something special about Aura Gardens when the sun goes down.

For the first time ever, we’re opening the dining room after dark for an intimate, dinner led by Founder RJ Fernandes and Executive Chef Pedro Salinas. The Aura After Dark Dinner Series is a new monthly experience that celebrates the season — good food, shared tables, and the kind of connection that only happens in good company.

Join us on Thursday, October 23 at 6PM for our very first dinner in the series. Enjoy a four-course, family-style meal and two curated beverages. Each course will highlight fresh, seasonal ingredients and the creative spirit Chef RJ brings to every dish.

This first dinner will also be a special one to remember — we’ll be capturing photos and video throughout the evening to help tell the story of Aura After Dark and share the magic of the experience for future dinners.
