Calling all Luther Crest staff alumni! It's Luther Crest's 80th year of ministry and we cannot wait to celebrate with you all who helped us get to this momentous year! You and your family are all invited to this free celebration of staff and walk down memory lane at Luther Crest this summer. Our tentative schedule for the reunion is below. Please share this with as many staff alumni that you still are in touch with!
Tentative Reunion Schedule:
Friday July 25-
6:00-7:00pm: Arrive, settle into lodging, social in the Dining Hall
8:00pm: Official greeting from LCBC staff, orientation, etc.
9:00pm: Campfire worship
Snack to follow in the Dining Hall
Saturday July 26-
8:00am: Breakfast
9:00am: Volunteer meeting for auction/festival
11:00am: Festival begins!
11:00-1:00pm: Lunch served in the Dining Hall
1:00pm: Live auction
2:00-4:00pm: Festival activities continue
5:30pm: Alumni banquet in the Dining Hall
7:00pm: Summer staff musical in the Chapel
8:00pm: Snack in the Dining Hall
9:00pm: Campfire worship
Sunday July 27-
9:00-10:30am: Brunch with Calvary at the Lake
10:30am: Calvary worship service at the lake
11:30am: Departure
