The meridians are your energy channels in your body, these pathways are anciently researched and can entwine into your yoga practice beautifully. Transcending from a purely physical practice to something much more.

Ever wanted to know more about the meridians? (also known as your underground rivers) which are commonly referred to as nadis in yoga. These are energy channels in your body and overtime they can become affected through our daily life patterns.

In this workshop we will explore the 12 major meridians, where they are, what they connect to and where they are in the body through 12 yin yoga postures.

As we move through each posture you will learn which meridians are yang energy and which are yin energy. Once we identify each one we can then start to look at if a meridian is blocked and how to unblock it. Each posture stimulates a different meridian bringing harmony and balance to both body and mind. Finding the tranquil balance that's so important for our health and wellbeing.

Enjoy an hour to dive into a deep practice designed to soothe and calm our whole being.
