FREE TASTER SESSION DOWNAGATE COMMUNITY CENTRE

I am absolutely thrilled to be taking my Music and Movement class out to Downagate Community Centre for a FREE TASTER SESSION. 🎶💃
This class is especially suitable for over-50s and beginners — no pressure, basic blocks of movement and lots of instruction given. Just gentle, feel-good movement and fantastic old music. Elvis, Tom Jones and the Bee gees to name afew. All done at your own pace ✨
The centre serves a large catchment area including Great Corby, Wetheral, Scotby and Brampton, so please do share this far and wide — I’d really appreciate it 💖
